There are some people in a bad mood when you ask questions.
You must have the worst customer service. When customers call on the phone , don't need a rude woman talking to my daughter like she was a drug addict or a criminal. She is sick but the lady on the other line wasn't nice at all. Maybe you all need some training in costumer service. I'm a retired veteran and a retired civil servant and for over 45 years I worked in customer service. The way my daughter was treated over the phone is just disgusting.
