WARNING...owner is a fraud. They ask for your credit card to just book an appointment weather it's booked over the phone or online. This gives them the power to charge whatever they want. In my case I went for a root color and them women had no idea what she was doing. I stopped the treatment immediately and after dripping color all over me I asked that my hair be washed. She then left shampoo in my wet hair and it took 2 other stylists to step in and properly wash my hair and so I could kindly leave. I tipped $20 each in ca... read more

Do yourself a favor and DON'T come here!! They are unorganized, the place is dirty, and they don't speak English. What a horrible experience!

EXTREMELY unprofessional. In the three times I’ve visited, they 1) booked me at the wrong location 2) started 20 minutes late 3) cancelled my appointment without any notice or explanation and 4) did not tone my hair as requested and refused to correct it. When I complained they told me they watched the video footage of my consultation where I pointed to a color (which they didn’t match) and therefore could not correct it for free Absurd service both on the phone and in person.
