Not a great experience. They brought an old guy over saying what we need for my disabled brother...because its "up to code". Melissa Calls my mom "hard to deal with" even though I own the house. At my house it was like if they were diagnosing my brother...a doctor does that not them. My brother can walk short distances. All we need is hand rails and something to grab on while going down wider steps. I tried working with them again and they ghosted me.
