TERRIBLE customer service. God forbid something should go wrong before or during your trip because all you will get are rude, unhelpful, emails. Customer service is rude and not understanding or helpful. I wasn't able to make the trip, made MULTIPLE attempts to cancel beforehand, with no response. When I tried to get a rain check all I got were rude emails with a total lack of responsibility and accusations of being irresponsible! The worst customer service experience I have had.
This was great fun for our entire group. It was well done, organized and Pam was fantastic. I would highly recommend this activity.

My friends and I were visiting from Virginia Beach. We decided to do the Downtown Social Cycle tour and we were not disappointed!!! What an amazing experience!! We had amazing time peddling through Downtown, listening and jamming to music and hanging out with our amazing captain Nina!!! Also shout out to Laura... she helped us out with everything regarding our booking. I highly recommend doing the Downtown Social Cycle... make sure you request Nina!!
