Great gym. Very organized and clean. Great atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable couches. And most importantly great programming.
Best gym in Saint Cloud. The CrossFit Instructors are friendly and helping. When I started, they always adjust my exercises so I can keep up with the regulars. It's not just a Gym but a community of amazing people. They meet monthly for fun activities with the families. First gym membership I have ever stuck with for a while. Love it! The food is great too!
