Absolutely love this place and would recommend 100x! I was here when it opened and came back a year ago. Even though it may have changed physically, the culture, laughs, support and vibes have stayed throughout SOCF’s journey in the fitness space. If you’re looking for a quick stop while on vacation, trying to achieve your fitness goals, or just start your fitness journey, SOCF is the place to be. Give them a try!!!
Of all the gyms I’ve dropped into and been to this has by far been the best. Not a single person here has an ego issue. I can say everyone is here to make themselves and others better, something rare and something we need more of! People from all different levels of athleticism with different goals. Overall great community, come check it out!
I've been to lots of functional fitness facilities and this by far is one of the best in the Orlando area. I 100% recommend this place regardless of your fitness journey. The people are welcoming the staff is amazing. They help in anyway they can to help you achieve your goals.
