I came here 5 times during my trip to Orlando from London, UK. I loved it! The staff were so warm and friendly. I really appreciated the care and attention they paid to my technique being a CrossFit newbie. I’ll miss working out with SOCF and the lovely people I met here.
Nice gym, cool people. Dropped in for the Open coming from Steel Furnace Crossfit and had a great time. Love those colabs between gyms, makes the community feel stronger 💪
This community has transformed me completely; I started with 0 knowledge of CrossFit 4 years ago, and was immediately welcomed into this family. Absolutely love this place and would recommend 100x! I was here when it opened and came back a year ago. Even though it may have changed physically, the culture, laughs, support and vibes have stayed throughout SOCF’s journey in the fitness space. If you’re looking for a quick stop while on vacation, trying to achieve your fitness goals, or just start your fitness journey, SOCF is the place to be. Give them a try!!!
Of all the gyms I’ve dropped into and been to this has by far been the best. Not a single person here has an ego issue. I can say everyone is here to make themselves and others better, something rare and something we need more of! People from all different levels of athleticism with different goals. Overall great community, come check it out!
