Very well managed nice equipment
I’m a soccer mom, and I like to shop local before going to a larger sport’s store. Soccer Post has great sales, and their staff is always very friendly and helpful.
The worst customer service ever. I order a jersey from my son’s team academy and unfortunately I thought Adult S size will be bigger than Youth XL. So, I just ordered but was not like that, the Adult S is like a youth M. I went to talk with the owner and his first Answer was I DONT CARE was your fault I won’t do anything. A So, maybe he is right in what he explain, but the thing it's all about how he treat the customer and how he reacts when people ask something. I’m a small business owner myself so I really hate having to leave a review like this. My child has also played for impact for quite some time. We have always gotten our uniforms from soccer post. This year I chose to have it pick up at the store location versus being mailed to me only because it felt like it took way too long for it to be shipped to me. I had a very unpleasant conversation with Marc, the owner, and will not go back to this store. My son's order with this store cost nearly $400 and there was a single pair of black Puma shorts missing from the order, so I contacted Marc to request they provide them. Marc accused me of lying since I was only contacting him now and he shipped the items at the end of July.
