Soccer Fitness was created to help athletes, coaches and parents improve their knowledge and understanding of the importance of fitness training. While technical training in all sports is important, it is just as important if not more, to train an athlete's physical fitness. Our centre trains athletes of all ages from the youth all the way to the professional level. Soccer Fitness also offers coach education through online courses, and Ontario and Canada Soccer.
