This might be one of the most difficult institutions I’ve dealt with so far. Small business owners are already busy enough, and this level of bureaucracy just makes things even harder. It was very difficult to get clear information over the phone because everyone gave different explanations. I tried resolving things through email, but the responses were quite slow.
