Very rude and unprofessional employees handling phone calls and appointment scheduling. The wait times are also excessively long. It is disappointing because there is a significant lack of quality vein treatment providers in the area. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and compassion. No medical office should tolerate staff members who are disrespectful or dismissive toward patients.
Wish I could post how warm and welcoming Dr Chan is, but it's IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of this office!! Every time I call it rings forever, then I get a message saying "all assistants are busy. please try calling back again later" The ONE time I did get a person they asked to put me on hold, I waited 17 minutes and when they came back they hung up on me
We’ve got a chance to meet Dr Chan for my husband’s appointment and he’s very helpful. Actually the only problem with this office is how bad and rude the front desk lady(not Diana, she’s sweet). I know for sure most of the patients here will agree with me. I think she’s not happy about her job, she’s always mad when we ask her questions. She needs to be replaced by someone who is more compassionate and willing to help. She gives bad impression to all new patients.
Great Dr. he addressed all my concerns and it was all a painless procedure ! His nurse was the sweetest !
Dr Chan was very nice and informative. The procedures went well and my leg pain has improved. Highly recommend him.
