I'm very disappointed with my experience at So Cal Trim Store. We ordered ten 16-foot baseboards, which were cut into 8-foot sections, so we expected to receive twenty 8-foot baseboards in total. However, our contractor only received ten pieces. When we asked the store to provide video evidence or any proof showing the correct quantity was provided, they refused and instead suggested that our contractor may have stolen the missing items.
