They were 2 hours late arriving. The trailer was new, but kind of run down and not maintained. The front step was broken (they sort of fixed it, but not really), the shower leaked all over the floor, the thermostat was messed up, the dinette table was loose and rocked back and forth, the A/C filter was filthy (they did clean it after I asked them to). For the money we paid, we expected a trailer that was fully functional and properly maintained. I would not recommend them.
Memorial weekend 2017 was our first experience with this amazing family owned company. Very personable and Proffesional. Trailers are always clean, drop offs always on time and communication is consistent. Will have everything set up before you even arrive at your destination. Thank you Manuel, you and your beautiful family provide an amazing service. �������
