The fan in our tankless water heater stopped working in January and the team at SoCal Tankless responded immediately. They ordered the part and got it back working asap. Thank you to Mike and Harry for your kind professionalism, but a special call out to Vanessa, who not only coordinated the tech visits but drove our part to Harry so we could have hot water by the end of the day. I highly recommend SoCal Tankless

Mike is GREAT! I called at 10:30 am, he showed up at 11:05 am the same day. I called because I had another company at my house at the time and their quote seemed high to me, but I had no frame of reference. I called and talked to Mike. After our conversation, I sent the first guy on his way. Mike showed up about half an hour later. He did great work, made suggestions for future improvements, but didn't up-sell me at all. He replaced my unit, cleaned up the work area, and left, all within 2 hours. The final bill was the same ... read more
