I had five rugs that needed cleaning, three of them hand-made Persian rugs. I contacted Rug Masters in Laguna Niguel and spoke with Kourosh. He gave me some preliminary estimates on the phone. A few days later he and his assistant picked up the rugs. One of them was under a heavy coffee table and they had to lift it, not easy!
