First, we had a leak before we could afford our complete roof and storms were hitting. Julio came himself and put a band aid on our leak area himself and refused to take payment. His repair damn near bought us a year to save up for the upgraded roof we wanted. He waited so patiently and when we finally started our project, he honored original bid, started and completed on time, passed all inspections at first attempts and our roof looks so amazing.
