ZERO STARS!! I ordered my sons stuff in Jan, didn’t get anything till May, and they sent the wrong things!! I have emailed them a few times and they won’t respond! Apparently, I’m going to have to drive there. They mailed the wrong tassel, didn’t sent my sons senior draw string bag for his senior trip, and sent some random stuff not even close to what I ordered!!!

Ordered my son's cap and gown plus a tassel before deadline date. Only for them to have delivered it to an address in CHARLOTTE, NC 3 days before graduation! We live in CALIFORNIA!! Luckily his schools ASB had an "emergency " cap and gown his size. Sent them multiple emails and left a voice mail regarding the situation and their email responses felt like it was an automated machine. My last email to them was that they still owe me an item, which is the tassel I added to my purchase. Still no response.
Terrible Customer Service. I ordered my daughter's Senior items as a package October 2020. I was understanding that due to COVID, things were uncertain for a graduation ceremony so the cap/gown and announcements were probably being held until further guidance. I had a senior last year and another this year. Last year I had ordered a cap and gown from SoCal but we ended up not needing it. I called SoCal in the spring of 2021 and explained. I was asking if I could have a credit and use the cap and gown the following year grad (2022). He said that would not be a problem to call next year and explain.
