Based on bad reviews, I was scared to come to this office, but I have been blown away at how awesome Dr. Boykins and his staff are. I really don't understand these other low reviews. I'm a harsh no nonsense reviewer and I've given more bad reviews than good. I've been here 3 times and would give them 10 stars if I could. This doctor is a joke. I saw him months ago to get a surgery process started because I need to have it done at a specific date, the beginning of September. It was agreed upon and all my follow up appointments were scheduled to prepare for surgery. Came back today for what was supposed to be my first pre-op appointment, and after waiting an hour AGAIN, was told "Oh no, I have not scheduled it and I'm not going to be here then." Bad service don’t even bother going they love wasting peoples time
I had a bad experience with this business, the lady on the phone was very unprofessional and rude to me. I also asked if she would be able to give me a call back and update me on a prescription. And she hung up the phone, and never called me back nor updated.
