Dr. Brown is the best! She is caring and kind (to pets and owners) and gives great advice. She's been my in-home vet for my two cats for a few years and every visit has been a positive experience. It's easy to schedule appointments and communicate with her, and responses to any inquiries are prompt. I couldn't be happier to have found her as the vet for my anxious cats.
Today we had to say goodbye to one of our beloved pets. Dr. Brown was beyond caring and sensitive to this truly difficult moment. She was gentle and soft with our dog Casey and made the process easier to handle. Thank you Dr. Brown for your help.
Dr. Julie Brown is beyond knowledgeable and caring. She is the best. We had an older Golden who had severe arthritis. Dr. Brown informed us of a newer medication that had just been approved. She came to our house monthly to give him injections. It was a miracle and gave our Player 2 more years of pain-free time. He could come upstairs again and go out for walks. Also, when his end time was nearing, she helped carry him to the car (90 lbs) so that we could be with him for a final good-bye.
Dr. Brown did an outstanding job caring for my cat, Lily. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient, which made all the difference. When she entered my small bedroom where Lily was, she approached very cautiously and gently, helping Lily feel comfortable right away. Lily loved her a-lot.
