We added a second bathroom to our home in Laguna Niguel because our family needed more space. While the work was being done, we also remodeled the kitchen, installed oak hardwood flooring throughout the house, and repainted the interior. Ron kept us updated from start to finish and made the whole process easy. Everything came out exactly as we hoped, and we’d definitely recommend SOCAL HOME RENOVATION.

We hired Ron for a detached garage conversion into an ADU for my mom. Because of her health, it was really important for us to have her living close by, and this project made that possible. The process went smoothly from demolition and framing all the way through inspections and the final finishes. Ron explained each step, kept us updated, and the project was completed in about 5 months. The workmanship came out great, and it doesn’t feel like a garage conversion at all. We’re very happy with the result.

As someone who was helping manage a condo remodel from out of state, I cannot say enough good things about Ron. From day one, he made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a contractor who actually does what he says he’s going to do, hire Ron. Ron recently remodeled our Dana Point condo, including a complete bathroom renovation, and the entire experience was outstanding. Since we live out of state, communication was the thing we were most worried about. Ron made it feel like we were there every day. We recently had Ron and his team complete a renovation that turned a den into a bedroom, updated our kitchen; including painting cabinets, tiled backsplash and new countertops, and painted the entire house, replaced several windows, new carpet throughout and retiled our bathrooms. The quality of work was outstanding, and the price was excellent. Communication was seamless, and they were easy to work with throughout the process. I’d definitely hire Ron and his team again and highly recommend them.
