So hard to get an appointment. No one calls you back nor do they answer phone.
They hardly pick up the phone. They are extremely unhelpful. They never take care of your refills. How are the staff in that clinic allowed to treat patients so disrespectfully??? Why is the front window barricaded??? Why are there too many ridiculous signs??? What do their workers actually do all day when they never pick up the phone??? They are dealing with people's lives and they cannot even be bothered to respond to your needs.
I have been a patient here since 2015. I don't know why I didn't do this years ago, but am currently looking for a new Endocrinology clinic. I am done here. Dr. Shakally and Dr Kastoon have been my Dr's in this office. I had an appointment set for May of this year, 2025. I received a text that my appointment was canceled because Dr. Shakally is no longer with their clinic, and for me to call their office to reschedule. Why couldn't they just keep my appointment to see Dr Kastoon? Or they could have rescheduled me themselves ... read more
The worst office. No one does their job, no one answers the phone, such a terrible experience. I don't know what they're in the office doing, because it's not communicating or helping out patients. Extremely unprofessional and they don't call back whatsoever. I don't even write reviews but this place deserves one from how awful it is dealing with them.
Muy mala experiencia era mi primera vez en ir a esa clínica y decidí no darme de alta ahí, ya que una Tal ALIA se porto muy GROSERA Y PREPOTENTE..ESA GENTE NO DEBE TRABAJAR EN ATENCION AL CLIENTE!
