The treatment and care I received from Callie Kennedy after my wrist injury was exceptional. The care and treatment I received SoCal Elite Physical Therapy was terrific. The team helped me greatly reduce my pain and improve my physical performance! My concern is with appointment scheduling. Two (out of five) appointments were not logged into the appointment system despite an email trail confirming the date and time. It was frustrating to show up at the confirmed date and time, only to be told that I didn't have an appointment, and needed to reschedule despite emails confirming the date and time. Annie my physical therapist is awesome! In just a few weeks she has helped my shoulder improve so much. Annie is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Would recommend her to anyone who needs PT.
After my foot surgery, I have been going thru physical therapy at SoCal Elite for last 2 months. Michael is the therapist taking care of my rehab. He is so knowledgeable and precise in crafting the kind of treatment that I will most benefit from that I am almost 95 % there with my progress in less than 8 weeks. Dr Michael Vuong is amazing. He listens to my concerns at each PT session and then customizes his plan of care to address my particular issues. Office staff is great as well. Shout out to Jesus.
