Scam. Beware. Booked service. Arrived late. One person was clearly intoxicated. Apartment still dirty. Worst part, cannot get the booked Mark to answer my calls or return my text but he processed though he processed payment. There’s another profile with the same name with 4.9 stars and seemingly stellar reviews. It’s not legitimate. Stay away.

Would not recommend. Poor communication. Overpriced deep clean. Anyone can take a rag and wipe down the counter. That’s not really the definition of a deep clean. They told me it doesn’t matter how long it would take, as long as the cleaning was finished. Then tried to make an excuse to me afterward that it “took longer than it should have”. Meanwhile the quality of the clean was so subpar. Floors weren’t touched and the kitchen area remained a mess. I was scheduled for a 1B1B cleaning service and was not at all satisfied with the cleaning. I asked them to clean everything except for bedroom and they charged me 130$. They did not even enter the living room they just cleaned the bathroom and sink didn't even enter the living room. Horrible service not recommended
