My girlfriend purchased a Hummer back in August of 2021 paid cash in full including Tax and Title fees here it is September of 2022 and still No Title Courtney said she was handling the problem then never contacted my girlfriend back so she had to call again to get info so then Courtney says only Tony( I guess Salesman) if that's what you call can only handle the problem so we have called and messaged him No Response was trying to be nice but now is time for Legal Action it's been a year come on now something fishy going on ... read more
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I bought a VW passit diesel , didn’t even make it home off the interstate and injectors start flying out hood smoking. I called to of course bring it back and Mr. Tony says “it isn’t our problem”. I almost wrecked going 80 because they can’t properly service a car. Very rude as well (and yes they got the car back and we got our money back ). Also woman Courtney was suppose to meet us afterwards to get the car and void my paper work and never showed up !! DO NOT RECCOMMEND
Bought a car in December, it’s June, and still waiting on title. Every time I call to inquire what the problem is I get the: “give me a few days” or “I’ll have you an answer by XXXXX”. I’d gladly return the car if there was an issue, but I finally had to get the state involved to get a bonded title. So I guess the title processing fee they collected during the transaction was just extra funds in their pocket.
I’m 17 bought my first car love the car hate this guy bank can’t get the title and will be filing legal action it’s been 10 months and if I were to pay my car off today I’ll be sol please learn the value of a dollar I work everyday and do school too please get the title to north Alabama bank for the 2014 Hyundai Veloster or go through legal hell with a 17 year old you piece of human trash
I RECOMMEND!!!! I bought a Volkswagen Passat tdi from this group and I am beyond pleased ! When I walked up Tony was straight forward about the cars and told me everything about each I asked to the best of his knowledge! That alone stands good when your on the market ! He didn’t hide the flaws. Courtney done all of my paperwork and everything checked out as should. They were so sweet and seemed to have everything in order ! And the BEST part ...
