I see a lot of good reviews here which is great for a small business in our area, but I guess I had bad luck today when I walked in with my dad who is 70+ to buy some supplies. Sales rep started treating my dad like if he was an ignorant, when he would ask or answer a question. I explained to him we were not GCs nor electricians and all we were doing was asking for his "expert" advice and help to what he became very rude.
