Have been waiting 2 months to get a Milwaukee drill fixed. Apparently I should have looked at the reviews before dropping my drill off.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend dropping Milwaukee tools for repair with them. Unless you want them lost, and your calls and messages ignored.

Dropped my m18 fuel hammer drill off here December 22nd to get worked on! I waited 2 weeks ( always heard Milwaukee warranty repair would have your tool done and back to you and sobol welding supply is supposedly a authorized milwaukee repair center) and dennis said he was waiting on parts so i said cool and then i called back 1 week later and he said that the part had arrived and hed fix it that day and call me back to talk about shipping! I had a Milwaukee M18 drill that was still under warranty. The chuck wasn’t working properly so I saw where Sobol in Longview was listed as a repair center on Milwaukee Tools website. I dropped the drill off with Dennis and had advised it would be covered under warranty. This was mid-October of 2023. I called weekly to see what the status of the repair was and Dennis kept telling me he was waiting on a response from Milwaukee.
