I just called to try to make an appointment. The receptionist is the nastiest person. Wouldn’t recommend. She spoke over me when I was trying to talk. Horrible customer service.
I've been trying to call the office for 2 days. No one answers the phone, not a person, a machine or an answering service. Ridiculous.
I've known this doctor previously and that was the reason to came back after 5 years time period. Unfortunately, this time it was a different experience. 200 units of Botox on my name was fully paid by my Insurance company and transferred to his office. I was calling doctor several times for my injection appointment with no results as my headaches worsen. Doctor actually told me that if i report this to my insurance company i would have to pay them back due the way it was setup. Terrible experience. I can not recommend this ... read more
