Stopped by SoBol today to grab a smoothly and Jack went to extra mile to explain that they use a whey protein isolate which is a better whey protein than most places. As it turned I had been to another location a few times where I had added whey protein to my smoothie and didn’t feel well afterwards. The protein isolate is easier on the stomach and faster to digest. I thoroughly enjoyed my drink and the extra knowledge that Jack was able to share. Stop by the Basking Ridge SoBol and grab a bowl or smoothie.
SoBol Basking Ridge is exactly what downtown needs!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and there is something for everyone here I absolutely love the açaí bowls and the egg bites are terrific!! A must visit!
