We were recently invited to a mixer event on July 23rd, and we’re so glad we attended—it was fantastic! We had met Spencer about a week before the event, and he was incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. At the mixer, both Spencer and Ruben went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Everything was PERFECT. Everyone was exceptionally nice besides one tall gentleman with long black hair that works behind the front desk where you check in. I needed a late check out…I called from the room and spoke to a woman who told me to go mention it to the front desk. I did. Once down there, he kept telling me that my husband had to do the late checkout because him name was on the room. I told him I spoke with someone on the phone who already said it was ok…I just wanted to verify….and he kept interrupting me. Meanwhil... read more
