Delivered HOA docs a week before close for my loan officers to review in a day. Don’t carry the proper insurance on the building for a conventional mortgage. Trying to save everyone else the hassle. Due diligence and transparency. Two things this place lacks. I can’t believe you can get to close in less than a week and FINALLY disclose insurance, which is POOR. If you want to use a conventional loan, run. If you want to be happy, run. If you want to hate your life, use my referral code.
I spent so much money buying a unit just to be ignored by the HOA. There is a building malfunction ruining my sleep, my work and my peace and no one seems to care or respond. Run
I’ve been renting here for almost 2 years and this is my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. Great location, friendly neighbors, for the most part easy street parking. Only con is there is a concrete mixing plant at the end of the street, and their 18-wheelers drive by my window from early morning into evening. These trucks are extremely loud and often wake me up. Unfortunately, they are not beholden to regular noise ordinances, so just something you gotta live with.
