About this business

We are a Czech-owned Denver sports bar where you can catch an Avalanche game, watch football, play pool or Pac-Man, or sing karaoke. But in this unlikely, friendly spot on Broadway, you can also enjoy such traditional Czech dishes as chicken paprika, mushrooms, schnitzel, potato pancakes and roast duck, as well as more standard bar fare of chili, hamburgers, wings, and French fries. And along with the usual lineup of bar beverages, you'll find Becherovka, Slivovice and other terrific Czech beers.

The best Czech Sports Bar in Denver! Being a Czech native, this is my place to go, but I have brought in many of my American friends and they all loved the beer, the Becherovka and the food (mainly Bramboraky and goulash!). Oh, and of course - THE ATHMOSPHERE!!! There is no better place to go if you want to have fun!

Not for karaoke – I had a hard time trying to rate this place. As a bar, I would have given it 3 stars. The prices are great! so if you're looking for a cheap place with decent food, this is the place. The staff seem to be having a lot of fun, and if you know the staff, the service is great!! My friends and I were sitting at the bar and I saw so many times where the bartender was just rude. I thought maybe it was just to that one customer, but then I saw this happen over and over again with other customers. There were 2 bart... read more

My wife and I ate there for first time. We were choicing between Monas and Sobo 151. It was a Saturday around 1PM. Our service was very good. The waitress suggested a Czech beer that was excellent. Prices are reason food quantitiy & quality were good. She had their omlette. It was very good. Lots of vegetibles and cheese. The potoatoes also were excellent. I had the goulash. The meat was moist, not dry recooked tasting. We had to get spoon so my wife could put some of the gravy on her potaoes. The Czech dumplings were very g... read more

Sobo I had a lot of fun here! Prices were very reasonable and the food is terrific. I've never even heard of sauerkraut soup until I came here and it was wonderful!

Fun Place Happy hour here is great after work. You can't beat the prices on drinks and their food is delicious. The portions of the shared plates are a bit small but the staff is very friendly.

Euro style place with Pilsner Urquell on tap – Good after-work bar with decent happy hour prices (and specials of some sort any time of the evening). For the European soccer fan, this is the place to go, with a big screen TV playing always playing a game of some sort. A few pool tables are set up in the back. We've always enjoyed good service and cold beers. I haven't gone for any of the entrees, but the apps are pretty good. Try the Czech pancakes or the cold platter. Definitely a locals hangout right on the border of the B... read more
