I got this provider with Ryan homes who did vacation installations done, Engineers who turn up for fixing problem were good and explained very well . There is a big issue to be fixed and supervisor suppose to come they are postponing from summer and now it's winter hope they realize and act on my card

This company is such a disgrace. They didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment, and this is the THIRD time. Customer service is extremely poor. Have asked to talk to the supervisor and the owner, but the front desk refuses. Apparently none is reachable. Have talked to one supervisor, Candace, who was rude and could care less to answer my questions. I had the misfortune of hiring Sobiesky for an AC repair, and it was a complete disaster. The so-called technician who showed up clearly had more experience in selling than in actual technical knowledge. He charged us for every minute he spent trying to figure out what was wrong. He then proceeded to tell us that the compressor was not working and that we needed to either replace the compressor or the entire system, which would cost us $3500 or $7000.
