As another healthcare provider, I have had the unfortunate experience to deal with this woman. She is rude and unethical, and I have witnesses to the interaction that would agree that she was acting entitled and just plain condescending and out right lied. Physicians with entitlement issues need to stop. I booked a appt through the Plano clinic, the most unprofessional experience I ever had. I booked a day before confirmed that morning. I sat there for a hour while I overheard the front desk talk about how she wants answering the phone and left. Apprently forgot her appt with me. I sat there never got a update about when she would be there. I sat there a hour before anyone even told me anything. The worst ever
