Refused to offer service at 7:25 PM because they close at 8:00 PM. When asked why the assistant told me, “the way we do things takes mic longer” without any further explanation. It came off as they just didn’t want to hep someone with 35 minutes to closing. The assistant on the phone was very rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Rexall beside Sobeys has a much kinder and helpful team.
