Terrible service for years but it was conveniently close to my home.. I am moving and asked for my refills to be filled.. My doctor even called them in and they were supposed to be ready on June 29th and I went today and they are not anywhere near ready.. service has been terrible for years and I should have changed years ago, I am moving or I’d be changing pharmacy..
The service is very professional and fast. It is convenient to be located in a grocery store. I like the pharmacists and staff here.
Ample parking and convenient location
Switched pharmacy to Sobeys at Trim road 3 years ago after being subjected to horrible, even negligent service from Shoppers at Portobello. My hubby’s high blood pressure meds were routinely out of stock and the last straw was when they tried to get us to call other pharmacies to get it fulfilled as they didn’t have time to do it. I love the Pharmacy at Sobeys. Always professional, easy to reach and friendly. I appreciate their level of service so much.
