Hit and miss. Went for an injection they scheduled and was told they didn't have the paperwork they needed and I was booked on the wrong day. Asked to pick up the script they texted was ready, but it wasn't actually ready. Finally got the script, but it was in the wrong child's name. Went to put it through at the pickup register and they screwed up the insurance on it. Gave up caring, paid and just left out of frustration. They used to be the best, not sure what's happened.
I asked for assistance finding anti bacterial soap and the ladies behind the counter just kind of laughed at me and didn’t offer any assistance
I came in asking for help with my son, and was dismissed and made to feel silly for even asking. My friend had recommended that I stop to ask a pharmacist, so I was confused when I was dismissed so I grabbed my phone to text my friend and the pharmacist was rude about me even grabbing my phone.
I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years. Lovely knowledgeable staff and super kind!!
The worst experience I have ever had. They have no common sense at all. I wouldn't take their advice on how to tie my shoe, let alone something medical. Do not go there. The pharmacist will judge you on your appearance instead of helping you with what you need. It's pretty shocking that someone so bad at their job can still be employed, probably taking away a job from someone who is good at it. I would give zero stars if it allowed me to.
