Excellent customer service. Sherman is very knowledgeable about the medications. He is easy to talk to, in general very agreeable and cares about his patients whether they're black, white, yellow or blue. I moved from Sage hill and tried the pharmacies close to me at my new residence and I haven't yet met a pharmacy staff as good as the ones at Sobeys pharmacy @Nolan hill. Generally OK, services of pharmacy have been very disappointing this time. On 19th evening, our 7 year old was in dire trouble vomiting etc. Pharmacy did not have the medicine handy and asked us to come after 1 PM next day. When we went after 6 next day(20th May), the medicine had not arrived and no fixed arrival time was given. Excuse was that a special order had to be sent for "cost free" medicine for low income families and that is delayed. DOES IT MEAN THAT THE LOW INCOME CHILDREN SHALL KEEP SUFFERING???
I’ve been disappointed with the cheesecakes and bakery items lately at Sobeys. Nolan Hill really needs better dessert and bakery options. It would be amazing to see decent quality cakes and pastries, even if that means bringing in premium frozen cakes from places like Toronto. There’s definitely demand for it in the area.
Excellent and patient pharmacists. I love going there.
