I called the Sobeys pharmacy to rebook a flu vaccine appointment we had missed due to an emergency. When I spoke with the pharmacist, Saidah, she immediately spoke to me in a rude tone, gave me a another time to come in and told me I missed my appointment and that the slot could have gone to someone else, and then hung up on me while I was still talking. Great staff at this pharmacy. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and caring. We have been coming here for any prescriptions our family needs for the last four years. They are quick with filling prescriptions.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. Even with my son and I moving away, I still plan my trips back into the city as I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The lovely and kind pharmacists and staff, (especially Sang & Saidha), are always there with a warm and welcoming attitude. The amazing customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff always brighten my day and I trust and appreciate their service, guidance and dedication to helping others.
