Sadly, this pharmacy has really gone downhill since the former managing pharmacist, John, left. From being told that medication is not available ANYWHERE when it is available at the Rexall in the same mall, to the pharmacists miscalculating how many pills we were given, to promises of phone calls that they then never made to us—we just had enough of the lack of professionalism among the pharmacists and technicians/assistants and transferred our medications.
We are very pleased with the care, knowledge and excellent service provided by this pharmacy. Thank you to all staff and pharmacists for making our lives easier!
The way they run this pharmacy has left me very unsatisfied. I called and ordered a refill a week ago and received a text message four days later saying to pick up, but when I went to pick it up today, I was told they were out of stock and didn't know when they would get it. Very dissatisfied because they were quite negligent and did not contact me as soon as they learned of the availability of my prescription, instead dismissing it as none of their business. I changed my PHARMACY to one that offers free home delivery.
