Used to be good but now very rude.
I would give a higher review if the employees knew how to answer a phone. I feel really bad that they don't, so I'm going to list the steps, I hope this helps: 1. Pick up the phone/press answer. 2. Speak into the phone. 3. When you're done speaking into the phone, hang up the phone. I hope these steps help your employees learn how to answer a phone. It's unfortunate that the common skill of answering a phone has been forgotten due to texting. I hope this helps and I hope there's improvements in answering the phone!
