Well, I stopped in to pick-up my medication today and was greeted by a young lady that seemed to be in a bit of a bad mood today. Too bad, we have enjoyed the services of this pharmacy for many years. I and my wife will be moving on to the Sobeys pharmacy in Pictou and if I receive the same greeting there, Shoppers here we come. We will give Sobeys one more try. Pleasant service is a must . Especially when the drugs we use are so expensive.
Staff are always pleasant and willing to help. For anyone complaining about time, there is a sign on the wall at the pharmacy stating that if you need a medication pickup early on a certain day, it's recommended to call 2 (two) days in advance. This makes it easier on the pharmacy team and customers, alike.
Hours are incorrect on Google. Drove to town specifically to go to the pharmacy and it wasn’t open.
Staff are polite and courteous. Take time to explain and always willing to go the extra mile.
