Spending 4 months at sober living was the best decision I could have made for my recovery journey. Coming here after rehab is a great way to slowly acclimatize back to the real world without the pressure of jumping straight back into life. The day is filled with discussions, in-house meetings and recovery meetings as well as as enough time to myself to complete what I have to get done. This program is a very safe space. The sober living house is nice and the counsellors are great
I truly can’t say enough good things about my time spent in sober living. After completing 45 days at ART, I made the decision to transition to the sober living houses and it was the best decision I could have made to take the next step in my recovery journey. The counsellors are all amazing with a wealth of knowledge and are both friendly and relatable. I’m so grateful to have had this opportunity.
My experience at sober living has been excellent. From the counsellors to the daily meetings, it has been an extremely beneficial period and I am extremely fortunate to be here. I have stayed sober for over half a year here and have to give it to my time here after treatment. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay sober.
