Was able to meet up with Trevor the owner at the farm and scoop up a couple dozen oysters while out and about on vacation today. They are excellent!
I've been shucking this delicious farm since I started shucking oysters in Halifax. 2009+/-. (So long ago). To this day, they are one of the best out there. Especially for uniqueness. Body, taste and finish. Perfect naked or with all the fixings. Easy to shuck for any novice and perfect for the bbq. A smoked gorgonzola for this treasure with a mist of slightly peated scotch.
