Michael is a true professional, compassionate and highly skilled coach. He was invaluable in our loved ones recovery, he made him feel heard, understood and gave him back his confidence that he could get back on track ... I don't know how Michael juggles all that he does, but he does it with efficiency and kindness... and truly makes every client feel connected, family members included.
