Sometimes this place has a good set of employees that are very attentive and empathetic to our situations but other times there's another set of employees who seem to do their best to ignore the people waiting in line. Consistency would be best.
This place just makes addicts worse. They try to call it treatment but the cops are rude and lack empathy. And as a person that is a future therapist, I can tell you empathy is the number one factor needed to help those in recovery. Some of the staff are rude, specifically a redhead who enjoys getting people in trouble. False positives are VERY common and they take people straight to jail. Very obvious that this place just wants to make money off of the unfortunate.
