They did not issue me a refund after I returned the pillows that were misleading on their website and such terrible quality for the price they charge. Scammers!
I will not purchase from this company again, and I would not recommend them. I spent over $200 on 4 pillows, including two different types (Sahara Nights and another model) to compare. We tried one of each for one night only. They were taken out right before bed, placed into brand new pillowcases, slept on, and the next morning removed and placed back into the original packaging. Do NOT order from this company. Can’t speak to the product because it was never delivered, but I can speak to the fact that they were NO help. I had to pay 125 bucks for pillows that were delivered to someone else’s house. What a joke! Go somewhere else that actually cares about their customers.
Do not order pillows on the website. They will take your money and leave you in the dark. Very disappointing.
