Purchased some Four Seasons at Home bedding mid December 2024. Did not like the color or love the the texture (kind of shiny and not at all like the sheets in the hotel). Exchange was not possible as they so abruptly informed us, so returned at own expense about ten days later, including of course the "gift with purchase" bathrobe we never wanted, which added to the weight and cost of the return shipment considerably. I bought some sets of sheets with Sobel and the complete order did not arrive. I tried to contact them to make the claim and I couldn't in any way, neither by calls nor by messages... in the end they scammed me. Be very careful when buying from them.

If you order pillows from Carnival Retail, expecting that you'll get the brand from your cruise (Atlantic Collection -which I took a picture of during cruise), you'll end up getting pillows from this brand, Sobel Westex, instead; and they're not comfortable at all. If you try to return, then the return cost is on you (which was more than half of the price of the pillow); and they certainly don't care that you got the wrong brand - if I had the time and energy to run after the brand, this could be a court case.
