I was a new patient the receptionist acted as if I was bothering her . She stated I'll be with u in a minute as she was messing around with her fake nails. She was not friendly at all not one smile or a welcome. I also spoke to another receptionist over the phone who replied we will see what we can do in a mean tone. When I just needed to know my results and if I was going to be on light duty or not since it was Friday I never received a call back. Whomever is hiring these receptionist train them on customer service skills .
