I am.also at vanderbuilt and the contractor did not do there job right. A lot of problems i hope they step up and fix
I just got a new townhome at reserve at Vanderbilt in Naples The pony wall is moving inside from first floor to second floor and they don’t wanna take responsibility which this is the defect from the structure they built it I am scared because I have a 10 year-old son and my older parents they live with me, which is very scary for them to walk on the second floor I have a video that I took but it’s not letting me to post it.
