On November 3, 2016 I paid Antonio Deligio, CEO of Sobe Builders / Bari National Builders, a $9,200 deposit to start a construction project. Replacing all the siding of my house with plywood, wire lath, and stucco. He had $1,275.05 of supplies delivered to the job site and then took his wife on a cruise with the rest of my money.
