Liz has changed my life — and I don’t say that lightly. What she’s done and continues to do with myofascia release on my legs is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced-it’s unreal. The amount of pain she’s helped me with is something I didn’t think was possible. I walk in excited yet in pain and walk out feeling like a million bucks! I don’t think I could ever thank her enough. If you’re looking for myofascia release and a massage therapist, She is THE top-tier! Wow!!

She came highly recommended and did not disappoint. 10/10 experience. One of the most relaxing massages I have had. i left feeling feeling mentally and physically rejuvenated! Can't wait to go back. :)

Good masseuse, but inconsistent with keeping appointments. Cancelled 2 hours before my massage with no rescheduled time or date. Appointment keeping consistency needs work.

My first myofascial massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Liz made me feel comfortable right away; she has a calm, thoughtful presence and really took the time to understand where my pain was coming from. Her approach to myofascial release felt intentional and intuitive, and she worked with my body in a way that felt both effective and respectful.
