Absolutely 100% legitimate deep tissue massage. Hurts so much but she fixes you. I work out intensity and have incorrectly lifted at times causing a pinch in my back or neck. I was so bad at one point I could barely roll out of bed. I was out of town and saw her about a week later. She identified how bad the inflation had gotten. It went down my leg. Touching my foot was painful. She fixed me same day. Hands down Milagro does the job every time.
